Prices for translation services

Lexicon Translation Agency is an online translation agency whose main activity is to receive, process and transfer the finished translation to the client via Internet which allows us keeping low prices for translation and interpretation services for you. Below are the prices for translation as well as for interpretation services, notarization and other translation related services.

The prices of Lexicon Translation Agency are inclusive of all taxes per 1 page of the finished translation containing 1,600 characters including spaces and may vary depending on the volume, timing and complexity of translation. As a rule, the standard volume for text translation is 7 pages per day (excluding weekends and holidays). If this number of pages is exceeded, the translation is considered to be urgent, increasing coefficients are applied to it. A document with an entire translation volume less than 1600 characters including spaces is equal to 1 page translated.

• More than 7 pages per day - from 20 to 200% (depending on the volume of the order)
• Translation performed the same day - from 50% to 200% (depending on the volume of the order)
• When working with texts in Power Point, Excel, etc., as well as complex Word files (graphics, attachments, etc.), an increased coefficient of 20% of basic price for translation is applied

Cost of sworn translation (traducción jurada)

Lexicon Translation Agency provides a certification of translations (translator's signature) and copies of translated documents with a notary.*

*Please note that in order to notarize the translation of the official Russian documents (for example, birth, marriage, property certificates, etc.) it is necessary to certify a copy of the official Russian document in advance, which the translation is attached to.

*In case you need to translate these documents without notarization or with the seal of the agency, as well as when translating applications to diplomas, internal passports of Russia and Ukraine or in cases where translation of a document significantly exceeds 1 (one) translation page, standard rates of Lexicon Translation Agency apply.
